DvdRA participants: VROM, AMRATO, Committees and associations and self-build exhibition

Participants are obliged to follow the instructions, directions and regulations of the organiser, the fire brigade and other authorised persons of the Autotron. Participation is entirely at your own risk. The organiser and employees involved are not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from actions, incidents or behaviour during participation.

It is advisable to take out appropriate insurance against legal liability of participants against the stand organiser and visitors. The stand may not be vacated before 16:00 on the exhibition day. In special circumstances requiring earlier clearance, this should be coordinated in advance with the organiser. The organiser can be recognised by the green vests worn on the exhibition day.

Participants are responsible for taking measures to prevent theft of goods and/or means of transport as much as possible.

To rent stand space, apply and register according to the procedure indicated. Payment must be made in advance, which can only be done online. It is not allowed to (sub)rent or transfer allocated stand space to third parties. If, for any reason, you do not use the allocated space, you must notify the organisation as soon as possible.

If you cancel after registering, you will be refunded half of the stand fee up to 14 days before the fair day (this only applies to the stand, not extras such as wristbands, chairs or buttons). If you cancel less than two weeks before the market, you will not get a refund. Make sure that you do not leave all waste, both during and after the fair day, or dump it somewhere else (with your neighbours), but take it home yourself and dispose of it in the regular (legal) way. Any waste you do not take home afterwards will be charged to the exhibitor for disposal and processing.

The equipment on offer will consist only of electronic products, preferably for communication technology or tools such as measuring equipment, tools or antennas and so on. So no toys or other products that conflict with the purpose of the fair day. In case of doubt, the organisation will decide. It is not allowed to offer or use highly inflammable products, unless prior explicit permission has been granted by the organisation. This also applies to material used by the exhibitor that has not undergone (indicated and demonstrable) fire-retardant treatment and has been approved for this purpose.

The entrances and exits must remain clear for emergency services. This may be temporarily deviated from during loading and unloading, provided a person remains present to move the means of transport, passenger car, truck, etc. During the opening hours of the event, the loading and unloading doors are closed and the vehicles are parked in the designated area. If it is necessary to open the loading or unloading door, this must first be discussed with the organisation. If necessary, permission may be refused if it disrupts the progress of the fair.

No cables should cross aisles. Cables on the floor should be fixed and secured in such a way that they do not pose a danger to visitors. Ensure that there are no sharp products protruding from your stand that could injure visitors and participants. You must behave at all times in such a way that the safety of everyone is and remains guaranteed.

A first aid post is available in the Autotron. These persons are also on call by the organisation. Smoking is prohibited in the Autotron for all visitors and participants. It is not allowed to make a light or sound show on your stand, this at the discretion of the organisation.

Please note that photos and videos may be taken for association publications, including the VERON website, as well as the provisions of the house rules Autotron 's Hertogenbosch. These may relate to the participants, including in particular - in addition to the conditions described above - the provisions in the house rules under liability and complaints. The house rules of the Autotron
's Hertogenbosch have been published on House rules-AT.pdf

By signing the (online) registration form, you agree to the above terms and conditions without any reservations. The organisation reserves the right to exclude the exhibitor from further participation in the event of failure to comply with instructions.
